Ukrainian board member: notification may replace a work permit

Zielona Linia, citing guidance from the Labour Market Department, states that a temporary-protection beneficiary or a Ukrainian citizen lawfully staying in Poland may serve as a management-board member on the basis of an employment notification, without a separate work permit. The notification must be filed within 7 days of starting the role. It does not legalise residence, and the guidance is not a binding interpretation of the law.
